What are the payment methods offered by Kaya Creations?

You can pay for your order in cash, by check or by bank transfer.

We have chosen not to activate online payment on our website because we want to take the time to validate each order. The design of our jewelry is unique and almost made to order, which is why we want to be sure that we can meet your needs before charging you anything.

Where is the Kaya Creations store located?

Kaya Creations does not yet have a shop, however, we work with resellers.

Following your order, it is possible to pick up your package in one of these shops.

What are the delivery areas, times and costs in Polynesia?

Delivery between Paea and Arue is free and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Outside this area and up to the peninsula, there is an additional 1000 xpf.

Shipping by post is possible everywhere in the islands! It takes an extra 1000 xpf for shipping costs.

Creation times may be extended during periods of holidays and exhibitions (Mother's Day, Christmas).

What are the areas, times and costs of delivery abroad?

Shipping by post is possible anywhere in the world.

It takes about two weeks depending on the destination (France and New Caledonia) and an additional 1000 xpf for shipping costs.

All shipments with EU destinations are subject to import taxes and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. Kaya Creations will not be held responsible for the payment of these costs.

How do I track my package?

After shipping your package, we will send you a tracking number by email so that you can follow the progress of your order in real time.

How much is shipping ?

Delivery with tracking costs 8€.

I still haven't received my package.

It happens that the package is lost or delayed, for multiple reasons.

If you have not received your package after 2 months from the date you placed your order, we will refund you in full.

However, the shipping costs remain your responsibility in the event that the package has been sent but has gone astray.

What are the conditions for requesting a return, exchange or refund?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will have 24 to 48 hours to do so.

What is the deadline for returning an order and what are the conditions?

If you wish to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days (valid outside Tahiti).

Where are Kaya jewelry made?

Kaya Creations manufactures all these jewels in its workshop located in the Matatia Valley on Punaauia, in Tahiti.

How are Kaya jewelry made?

Each jewelry made by Kaya Creations is a unique piece. We have very little stock and produce our jewelry almost to order.

The jewels are made piece by piece from noble materials .

Jewels made of mother-of-pearl require meticulous work and many steps such as: stripping, drawing, cutting, sanding, engraving of patterns, drilling, polishing and finally assembly.

Each mother-of-pearl jewel is therefore carefully handmade by the artist of the BARRI Richard house.

How to maintain Kaya jewellery?

Jewelry should be stored in a box or in a bag away from light and moisture.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower and at the beach?

Our jewelry is water resistant and built to last!

We recommend rinsing them with clear water when they come into contact with salt or cosmetic products, so that they continue to shine for a long time.
